When a home starts to make sense, we help you understand whether it is worth moving forward, prepare the viewing, assess what you saw and decide the next step.
If your purchase generates commission, 20% is for you.
You can keep searching wherever you want. Finding the home yourself does not remove the benefit.
We support you through to completion. If we take part in that purchase and the transaction generates an eligible commission that is actually received, you receive 20% of that commission, calculated excluding VAT.
Example: if the eligible commission received is €10,000 excluding VAT, you receive €2,000.
